The total cost of the conference is $155.00 per participant. (Group Leader, Adult Chaperone, and Youth). This is inclusive for the entire weekend starting with Friday night dinner through Sunday lunch, housing and all conference fees.
Group leaders will complete the group registration process online, print out the form and send the form to our office with the required $30.00 deposit per spot. Once we receive your payment and form, your registration will be secured. You may fax or email your form, but it is not considered confirmed until we have received payment. The Group Leader must make payment with either one check, money order, or by Visa, MasterCard or Discover. Checks should be made out to Office of Youth Ministry. The Group Leader will be contacted by e-mail to confirm that we received the group registration and payment. Please remember deposits are non-refundable. Please estimate the number of spots you can fill conservatively.
Insufficient Funds: Steubenville St. Louis Mid America will contact the Group Leader if a check is returned. A $35.00 handling fee charged for each insufficient funds check and full payment is due within 10 working days by a money order or cashier's check. Failure to send payment results in forfeiture of all spots.
