Andrew Schloss will be giving a two part talk on Pope John Paul II's, "Theology of the Body".
Part 1 will be Saturday, September 23rd, 11-11:50 am
Part 2 will be Saturday, October 14th, 11-11:50am
Both sessions will be held in the Boland Hall cafeteria.

Have you ever wondered what cloistered nuns do? Ever wonder what a cloister is all about? Come join us as we visit three communities of cloistered nuns in the St. Louis area: the Passionists, the Holy Spirit Adoration Sisters (Pink Sisters), and the Poor Clares in Belleville, IL. There will be an opportunity to pray with the nuns and visit with the nuns.

The Body of Christ Outreach prestents:
Dr. Kenneth Howell
A Presbetarian minister for eighteen years and a theological professor for seven years in a Protestant seminary, Dr. howell was confirmed and recieved to the Catholic Church in 1996.
Other topics will include the Biblical nad Patristic foundation of the Eucharist, and Eucharistic art of the world.
Mass will begin at 8am doors open at 8:30. Light breakfast will be available. Good will donations accepted.
Bowling Bash Cancelled. We are all busy people, it appears that many of us will be busy on the scheduled day of the bowling bash. Thanks to all who sent RSVPs.
All youth ministers are invited to kick back and have some fun at the first annual OYM Youth Ministers Bowling Bash. Come ready to eat and get your bowl on! There will be fantastic prizes for our high or not so high scorers. See you there
Come one come all for a FREE, no you are not just seeing things FREE CD release concert featuring he amazing Catholic tunes of GSP and benefiting St. Paul's Youth Ministry. Light refreshments will be provided by St. Paul Youth Ministry. This event is open to all ages.
The Annual Archdiocesan Respect Life Convention will take place on Sunday, October 22.
The keynote speakers are the two members of the God Squad: Monsignor Thomas Hartman and Rabbi Marc Gellman. They have a unique blend of humor and truth promises to entertain and inspire!
This year, there will be a special workshop track just for youth. Vicki Thorn, founder of Project Rachel, will give a talk on the biology of Theology of the Body, otherwise known as "a provocative sex talk." Don't miss it! There will be other fun surprises during the Youth track, which is brought to you by the Office of Youth Ministry and the Respect Life Apostolate.

CONTEMPORARY, CATHOLIC, CHRISTIAN MUSIC FESTIVAL

Gates will open at 11 a.m. Event will begin at 11:45 a.m. with a welcome and blessing by Fr. Wesloh or Fr. Molitor of Our Lady Queen of Peace.
Event will end at 4:30 p.m. AT WHICH TIME WE INVITE ALL IN ATTENDANCE TO JOIN US FOR MASS AT 5 P.M. AND TO SHARE IN THE EUCHARIST.
Calling on all parishes and all youth groups. Come with a banner or sign representing your parish name and the words that "fire your faith."
A monetary prize and ribbon will be given to the parish/youth group for the best sign/banner AND a similar prize will be given to the parish with the most overall attendance! Judging of the banners will be done independently by Matthew Baute and Friends.
Youth Groups - ask your family, friends and other, perhaps older folks in your parish to attend. Let them witness how YOU worship Christ. Young married couples with or without children come out and listen to a different type of worship music.
THIS EVENT IS GEARED TO THE ENTIRE FAMILY THE CHURCH HAS GAINED FOR CHRIST!
XLT rocks North County! Come and join us for an awesome night of prayer, fellowship, and fun. There will be upbeat praise and worship music, an engaging speaker, and above all, quality time with Jesus in Eucharistic adoration. Teens from all over the North County region (and beyond!) are welcome, along with young adults, parents, religious, priests...in short, EVERYBODY!

All teens are invited Sat. Nov. 4 to a Fire Rally for Youth. The event starts with Mass at 7:00pm with Bishop Hermann at the large outdoor cross overlooking Festus. Followed by fireworks, bonfire, food, and Praise and Worship with the Jeffco Life Teen Band. Teens this will be a spectacular event and will set your heart on fire.
