Director of Spiritual Formation and Training

The TEC Conference national office (Teens Encounter Christ and related TEC movements) is seeking a full-time Director of Spiritual Formation and Training. Qualifications include: MA in pastoral ministry, religious education or equivalent experience in youth/young adult ministry. Minimum five years’ experience in training and spiritual formation. Mature person comfortable working in a team situation and relating to a wide variety of people/volunteers. Strong written/oral communication skills. Candidate must be one who lives from a deep appreciation of the Catholic faith. TEC Movement experience desired.
