Romans 8 Diversity Retreat

The retreat may be over, but the experience lives on!  Check out pictures and read thoughts below:

  •   "The most memorable part this Romans 8 for me had to be RECONCILIATION because it was the 1st real time that I actually said the rosary and understood it and I examined my conscience to the fullest."

  • "This weekend has given me insight of the differences that exist among all youth even those that are from the same area."

  • "Shows me how I have grown in faith."

  • "I really enjoyed the team building games and the talks."

  • "Made me have a better attitude."

  • "This event taught me that I should always forgive and make sure I keep an open relationship with God."

  • "It made me get closer to God for sure.  It was very fun."

  • "It made me look at nature in a somewhat different way.  Made me stronger because I am a true city girl."

  • "It showed me how to make friends with a different culture."

  • "It helped me to understand the true blessing it is to being a child of God."

  • "It helped me see that I needed to change my life."

"For those who are led by the Spirit of God are children of God, for you did not receive a spirit of slavery to fall back into fear, but you received a spirit of adoption, through which we cry, "Abba Father!"  - Romans 8:14-15
