When do we arrive?

Check-in will begin at 1:00 pm. on the first day of each conference until 4:30 pm. This will provide adequate time for check-in, getting to dorms and dinner before the opening session. All liability forms must accompany the group leader. You are asked to bring one copy of the forms to registration for the St. Louis office. The Group Leader will be given program books, meal bands and credentials for each participant. These credentials must be worn at all times during the conference. The meal bands are needed for entrance to the dining halls for meals. The group will then be directed to check into the housing dorms, where they will receive room keys. If your group knows that they will not arrive before 4:30 pm., please let the Steubenville St. Louis Mid America office know as soon as possible.
