Have you ever wanted to spread your Catholic faith, but didn’t know quite how… the opportunity never came, you were too nervous, you didn’t have all the materials you needed, etc. Well, there is an opportunity here now—Megamissions.

Sponsored by Youth for the Third Millenium, Megamissions puts people just like you and me in a parish for the Wednesday of Holy Week through Easter. At the service of the parish, we set out two by two to evangelize the neighborhoods and invite people back to Mass, or to consider Christ for the first time! Just like the first apostles, we have a message to share, and the Holy Spirit accompanies our journey.

The United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) has been calling for an end to the use of the death penalty for 25 years, and recently they put together a website to assist this campaign. The Book of Daniel

On January 6, NBC began a new series entitled The Book of Daniel. NBC considers The Book of Daniel a positive portrayal of Christ and Christians, but the American Family Association finds it highly offensive, demeaning to Christianity, and a sorry piece of work. If you are interested in helping to get The Book of Daniel off the air, the AFA has many suggestions how on their website.
