It is an open house, you can just stop in for a bit, or you can stay for the whole time.

This will be your first chance to buy a copy of Paul's new book project "Stirring It Up", a three-volume set which includes Stirring It Up (practical tips for growing in your faith), All Bottled Up (letters from teens answered) and Stirring It Up More (an audio cd of inspirational tidbits). The cost of this three-volume set is $15.00 - and if you buy it at this event, Paul will give you a free "Stirring It Up" sticker; how cool is that?

Project Life

“I wish for my first encyclical to speak of the love which God lavishes upon us and which we in turn must share with others.” How amazing that the first writing from Pope Benedict is on the power of God’s Love. Much of the encyclical has to do with our call to share the love of God that we experience through Christian charity. This summer teens from all over the archdiocese will be challenged to be “feet washers”, humble servants, to give of themselves to people in our community and grow in faith through Project Life.

Be There: Light the Way

The OYM has just launched it’s annual Be There campaign. Have you ever wondered how you can “light the way” for the youth of our Archdiocese? Read more to find out how you can contribute to the faith formation of the young people in St. Louis.

Sold Out??? Think Again

Registration for the two Steubenville Youth Conferences has been incredible! So you saw the numbers at 1770?

Well, due to the unexpected high registration numbers so early, we consulted with the staff at Missouri State University. With their approval we are able to raise the participant numbers to 2000 for the first conference weekend (July 7-9) and 1900 for the second weekend (July 14-16).

So, there’s still space! Add some spots or tell a friend, a parish, and have them sign a group up quick! Check out the Steubenville home page for current numbers.

We are blessed and look forward to hosting you this summer 2006 at the Steubenville St. Louis/Mid-America Youth Conferences!! See you there!
